Satire X
Cassandra Syndrome is delighted to announce the release of their second full-length album, 'Satire X.' Produced by Jeremy Rodgers and Lani Urreta, the eagerly-awaited follow-up to 2009's critically acclaimed 'Of Patriots and Tyrants,' weaves a tapestry of feral energy and bold tones. A reference to the 'bread and circuses' of first century Satirist Juvenal, Satire X combines poignant, socially conscious lyrics, exquisite vocal melodies and masterful riffs into a metal-based call to action. Hailing from Maryland, Cassandra Syndrome is a female-fronted operatic metal band. This passionate, engaging act strikes the perfect balance between playful and sinister. Cassandra Syndrome is an intimate theater of darkness and seduction. The band features Irene Jericho on vocals, Chris Kackley on guitar, Joe Cariola on bass, Jen Tonon on rhythm guitar, and Jay Jericho on drums.
